Royal Caribbean is looking for exceptional Sommeliers and Wine Tenders to join our fleet of award-winning cruise ships that sail the globe. Minimum Requirements:
• Fluent English;
• Two years experience in bar operations with 4 or 5 star hotels as Sommelier, restaurants or high volume food service facilities;
• Extensive knowledge of varying brands and quality of wine. Ability to read, interpret and demonstrate the wine menu;
• Extensive knowledge of beverage handling procedures with regard to public health standards;
• Specific Sommelier and Wine Tender courses in International Schools preferred;
• Excellent customer services skills;
